Azzam I. Moustapha received the B.S. degree in computer and communications engineering from the American University, Beirut, Lebanon, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston, Houston, TX, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering and Science, Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, LA.
